Inside of a large canyon, there were people screaming and horses neighing. Humans, elves, and orcs were all fighting together against an evil force. A mage wearing a dark robe was throwing a large fireball, while a beautiful female archer wearing leather armor was pulling the string back on her bow again and again, cold light filled the air as arrows fell down on the enemy camp. A large group of berserkers brandished long spears and axes as their whole body was covered in a red glow and they smashed into enemy skeleton soldiers. Their axes swept across and skeleton soldiers were smashed to pieces!
On the side, a dark element magician cloaked in a black robe let out a low breathless growl. He waved his dark wand and countless meteors fell down from the sky. Flames bloomed and the berserkers found themselves in a sea of blood. Their heavy armor had been burnt away!
White light shined out and gentle elemental healing fell onto the bodies of the berserkers. The shining clerics in the camp began to recite their healing magic. Several shadowy figures crept into the dark force’s camp and only a faint light was seen before several dark magicians lost their heads and dark skeletons were blown away.
At this time, the air filled with fluttering snowflakes as they fell down upon the canyon!
As the sky filled with snowflakes floating on the breeze, large chunks of ice began to fall down. The light side camp suffered countless casualties and everyone looked up. There were all surprised to see a four winged demon floating in the sky with his arms spread out, loudly chanting a profound incantation!
The canyon filled with a ice as countless living beings fought on the edge of death.
Suddenly, a bright light shined and a bone chilling sword qi swept across the canyon. The demon suddenly let out a scream, a pair of wings had been sliced off!
The magic incantation was stopped and the large demon fell into the canyon where it was ripped apart by countless berserkers!
The angle shifted up and in a place high above the canyon, there stood a single impressive looking and handsome young man. A sword was in his hand and sword qi glowed around him, but what was most shocking was that his hair had turned white as ice. Looking down on the vast landscape, his eyes were clear, but they revealed a trace of loneliness and sadness.
Thunder roared in the horizon indicating that another storm was approaching!
Faintly, giant glowing characters shined in the air, it was an impressive looking “Spirit of Grief”!
Perhaps it was because this game seemed too much like the real game that I was completely shocked. For a long time I didn’t say anything, but I was sure that this gaming helmet was a Spirit of Grief helmet! Then, the identity of the girl in the room was even more surprising. How did she game helmet in advance and why was the serial number 000000002. Then that meant, the helmet that I just used, it was the second one made!
The game was still a day from opening. I lowered my head and took off the helmet, feeling my body covered in sweat.
